Who's it for?
- someone who wants support navigating the every day questions of pregnancy.
- someone who wants to be drip fed evidence based info throughout their pregnancy to inform them and prepare them for birth.
- someone who is ready to prepare a positive mindset for their birth
- You can sign up as early as 8 weeks of pregnancy and at any time during your gestation beyond that.
NOTE: This service is not a substitute for full antenatal care or therapy.
Do I need to be based in the UK?
This service may be accessed around the world. However, my experience and knowledge of guidelines is as a Registered Midwife in the UK. As such, if you are from outside of the UK, I will not know if the information and advice I provide differs from the recommendations given to you locally.
How much can I use the service?
The support is unlimited! You can ask any questions you want to and Lily will aim to answer as soon as possible.
Messages will be replied to within 24 hours maximum, between Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). In the event that I plan to take a holiday I will give you prior notice of this.
Are there any limitations or safety precautions?
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the service, I cannot answer any urgent questions.
If you have any immediate concerns about yourself or your baby, including but not limited to; bleeding, waters breaking or reduced fetal movements, you must contact or attend your maternity unit without delay. You must NOT contact me and wait for a response.
